Shipping & Delivery
All shipments with destinations within the contiguous 48 states are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground by default, unless an alternative method is specified on certain individual product pages/sizes. Some items may ship via United States Postal Service – Priority Mail at HorseTech’s discretion.
All orders are typically shipped within one business day (no orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday which means any order placed after 5 p.m. CT on Friday will ship on the following Monday).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For shipments to these areas, HorseTech pays a portion of the shipping fee, while the customer must cover the remaining charges. A HorseTech staff member will contact applicable customers prior to billing in order to review shipping chargers in these instances.
There are several shipping options available to those who wish to receive an order more quickly than a UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipment, though the charges associated with the upgraded shipment option will be the responsibility of the customer. - Basic ingredients are not included in the money back guarantee. Basic ingredients are not guaranteed for palatability or acceptance (Ingredients are what they are!). HorseTech only guarantees that the product meets the specifications as provided. As such, basic ingredients cannot be returned or refunded, unless unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- Custom products are not included in the money back guarantee. Custom products are not guaranteed for palatability or acceptance. HorseTech only guarantees stability for 6 months from purchase date, that the product is made to your specifications and that it will meet label guarantees. As such, custom products cannot be returned or refunded.
- International customers seeking a refund for a product they are unhappy with can qualify for the money back guarantee, but the product needs to be returned to HorseTech’s offices in the United States. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees for orders returned from outside the United States. Once HorseTech receives and processes your return shipment, a refund will be issued.

To place an order with us, you may utilize our secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also place an order by phone Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (central time) by calling: 1-800-831-3309. If it is after 5 p.m. (central time) you can leave an order on our secure phone order mailbox. Any immediate questions or concerns can be handled via telephone or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you prefer.
Ordering Custom Products Online
Unfortunately, custom products are not inlcuded in our web catalog due to the large volume of items. This means that customers will not be able to search for custom product numbers on the HorseTech website.
However, if you are a online account holder with the HorseTech website and have previously ordered a specific custom product over the phone, you may be able to place an order for that product online. To do so, log into your HorseTech user account. Once logged in, quickly check to see if your custom product is included under the "Last Ordered Items" section at the bottom and lefthand side of the page. If it is, click the checkbox next to the item and then click "Add to Cart". If you do not see the product under "Last Ordered Items," navigate to "My Orders" on the upper lefthand side of the page. Find the last order placed that contains the custom product you wish to order and click "Reorder". This will add all products from that order to your shopping cart without completing the checkout process. From there, you can remove any unwanted items and even add different items to your cart before you check out.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, and checks or money orders.
To view an order, log into your HorseTech web account by clicking 'Account' located at the top of the page, followed by 'Log in'. After providing your account log in information, you will be directed to your account overview page where you can access your previous orders.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order without fully logging in by visiting the Order Status page and simply entering your e-mail address and order number.
Customers that choose to do so are able to create an online store account by clicking 'Account' followed by 'Register' at the top of the webpage. Creating an online account allows customers to save time when checking out by storing multiple shipping/billing addresses, as well as the ability to view past orders, track shipments, manage your wishlist and product reviews, and more. Important note: When creating a new web account, customers who have previously placed orders with HorseTech, either by phone or E-Mail, and that have provided their own E-Mail address to be included with their account information will be given an error message stating that an account with their E-Mail address already exists. There will be a link included with the error message that will allow you to send a password reset link to your E-Mail address, which will then allow you to successfully sign into the account associated with your E-Mail address. HorseTech staff members can also manually send a randomly generated password to your E-Mail account which will allow you to sign in successfully.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, log into your existing HorseTech web account by clicking 'Account' located at the top of the page, followed by 'Log in'. After logging in, you will be able to update information such as your current e-mail address, web account password, billing and shipping addresses, and subscription preferences.
Your Contact Information
HorseTech may use your contact information for our own business purposes. For example, we may use your e-mail address to send e-mails pertaining to product sales, company news, or urgent updates. You may unsubscribe from these e-mails at your preference.
